After college, Mike Paolini went on to play professional soccer with the Rochester Rhinos and New Hampshire Phantoms. With the Phantoms he tallied 2 goals and 2 assists in his rookie season. Mike is currently the Director of Coaching with Syracuse Development Academy (SDA). In 2012, Pao was named NYSWYSA Girls’ Coach of the Year. In the same year, he led the Syracuse Football Club U12 Girls to a Regional Championship. Mike holds a United States Soccer Federation National “B” License and NSCAA National Diploma.
Tommy Tanner has been involved in soccer at all levels from Professional to Youth. His passion is to watch kids develop as players and go on to play at the highest level they can achieve. Tommy played professional soccer for 14 years with the Cleveland Crunch (indoor) and the Rochester Rhinos and Syracuse Salty Dogs (outdoors). He played in 13 professional championships winning 7 including a US Open Cup Championships with the Rochester Rhinos in 1999. He is currently the Head Coach and President of the Syracuse Silver Knights Professional Indoor team.
