SDA from Home Challenge #13
Our SDA from Home Day #13 Challenge was created by the winner of Challenge #12, Adrianna Calabria of our 2007 Girls.
Adrianna created a home workout that incorporates fitness using a soccer ball. Here's the challenge:
1 minute of jumping jax with soccer ball overhead
10 pushups (1 hand on soccer ball at a time, then switch hands)
1 minute of flutter kicks holding ball overhead
1 minute of juggling
3 sets!
1 minute of situps with soccer ball and overhead press
1 minute of russian twists with soccer ball (feet elevated)
1 minute of high knees holding the ball
1 minute of juggling
3 sets!
1 minute of toe taps with soccer ball
1 minute of lunges transferring ball under each leg
1 minute of high planks, pushing soccer ball left and right to each hand
1 minute of juggling
3 sets!
Finisher!
15 v-ups touching soccer ball to feet
15 burpees
10 v-ups touching soccer ball to feet
10 burpees
5 v-ups touching soccer ball to feet
5 burpees
